Prices
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise). Any shipping costs will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

Orders & Payment
An order is considered final once payment has been completed. Payments can be made using the available payment methods (including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal). Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is handled by reputable carriers (e.g., PostNL, DHL). The risk of damage or loss remains with Aurora the Brand until the order is delivered.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@aurora-thebrand.com.

Returned products must be unworn, undamaged, and – if possible – in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Warranty & Conformity
Statutory warranty applies: a product must perform as you can reasonably expect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if a product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a refund.

Complaints Procedure
Have a complaint? Please email us at info@aurora-thebrand.com. We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, you can submit it to the European ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Liability
Aurora the Brand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Intellectual Property
All rights to photos, texts, logos, and designs on www.aurora-thebrand.com are owned by Aurora the Brand. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or otherwise use this material without written permission.

Force Majeure
Aurora the Brand is not obliged to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure (e.g., strikes, pandemics, technical failures, or supply issues beyond our control).

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
