Refund policy

At Aurora the Brand, our customers come first—we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Something not as expected? Contact us at info@aurora-thebrand.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This helps us assess the issue quickly and offer a solution.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different size or style? Email info@aurora-thebrand.com. Exchange requests are subject to availability.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused;
  • in the same condition as received;
  • in the original packaging.

Ensure the product is free of damage or signs of use.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For customers outside Europe, return transit times may be longer than expected.

Refunds

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After this period, we’re unable to offer a refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
